16'x24'x21' high Regency Mark with optional metal roof.

The Regency, as the name implies, reflects the simplicity of strict balance and proportion. The two-story model takes advantage of both limited space and resources. Add a metal roof and porch to capture the vintage look.

Shown is 18’x50’x21’6" weekend retreat under construction. The advantage of
the Mark is multifaceted. Use as either a home, barn, office, storage, or garage.

The interior details: standard stairs with safety rail and balusters,
studs 16" on center, and rafters 24" on center.

Shown is an 18' wide Mark. The owner
is in the process of finishing the interior.

The interior can be as home-quality as you desire.

Standard features

Materials other than windows are delivered on site by HOME DEPOT.
Built on site with quality materials and workmanship.
Heavy duty 3/4" pressure treated floors. Runners 4"x4." Floor joists are 2"x6" spaced on 12" centers. A step ahead of termites, rot, and decay, pressure treated floors have a life expectancy of 40 years.
Your choice between 5/8" Georgia Pacific T1-11 siding or 3/8" 4 x 8 primed Smartside siding. Others use CDX grade with no warranty. The grooved, cedar textured, unprimed siding is ready to stain or paint.
20 Year fiberglass, shingles, the professional choice. Choice of colors. A metal roof is optional (see options below).
Two each louvered vents.
2"x6" eve boards on sides, 2"x4" on front and rear. Accented by a 1"x4" fascia board around the roof line.
Wall studs 16" on center.
Two doors: one each standard single and one each double doors mounted on steel piano hinges. Standard width for double doors: 4', 5', and 6' (steel insulated and garage doors are available, see options). Complete with hasp lock. Choice of five door designs.
Full second floor: 2"x10" floor joists on 12" centers, 3/4" CDX plywood floor, and 36"stardard stairs with safety rail and balusters.
Eight each 24"x40" aluminum windows with screens and exterior 1"x4" wood trim. Upgrade to wood tilt-down windows for a small charge (see options below).
Rustproof galvanized nails are used to secure all exterior boards. Note: Coated or waxed nails will rust.
Vinyl and lap sidings are available (go here for colors).
Complementing the foregoing, structural defects and workmanship are warranted for a period of one year. An extended warranty is available for a nominal fee.
