Shown is a 24'x24'x21'3" high Briarcliff with optional vinyl siding. 
Model was built with security in mind; hence, the absence of windows. 

The top of the line Briarcliff is a handsome addition to the Regency line. Features a full attic room 12' wide by 8'1" tall running the length of the building, sturdy 3/4" OSB tongue and groove flooring, and 42" upgraded stairs with finished treads. Also features a true 12" overhang with enclosed soffits and ventilation, a continuous ridge vent, T1-11 cedar texture siding, and wall studs on 16" centers. Vinyl siding is available for an additional cost (go here for colors). 

The Briarcliff is easily converted into either a garage or office apartment.  Add double doors, windows, and partitions for a gracious, yet, inexpensive weekend retreat, cabin, or home. Built on your slab.

The commercially produced attic trusses have been designed for both high wind and unbalanced snow loads. Applied to room: Bottom chord live load 40 pounds per square foot (psf) and additional bottom chord dead load (10.0 psf). The flooring is 3/4" OSB tongue and groove.

• Commercially built attic trusses with 3/4" OSB tongue and groove flooring. Room is 12' wide and 8'1" high and runs the length of the building. Note: In order to maintain a 8'1" height, the sides of the wall are 7 feet in height and angle in toward the ceiling.
• Your choice between 5/8" Georgia Pacific T1-11 siding or 3/8" 4 x 8 primed Smartside siding. Others use CDX grade with no warranty. The grooved, cedar textured, unprimed siding is ready to stain or paint.
• Vinyl and lap sidings are available (go here for colors).
• 12" overhang with enclosed soffits.
• Under-the-eve and ridge vents.
• 1"x6" fascia board, the expected trim on a well built building.
• Wall studs 16" on center.
• 20 Year fiberglass shingles, the professional choice.  Variety of colors. Upgraded architectural shingles and a colorful metal roof are optional (see options).
• Venting: Continuous ridge vent and under-the-eve venting and two each louvered vents.
• 42" upgraded stairs with finished treads and stairwell, ready to be drywalled or paneled (includes half wall upstairs). 
• Two each 9'x7' garage doors with windows or one 16' garage door with windows.
• One each 32" or 36" six-panel steel insulated walk-through door.
• Six each 36"x52" vinyl tilt-down windows with screens.
• Rustproof galvanized nails are used to secure all exterior boards. Note: Coated or waxed nails will rust.
• Complementing the foregoing, structural defects and workmanship are warranted for a period of one year. An extended warranty is available for a nominal fee.
