The Heritage Classic is one of the most aesthetically pleasing storage buildings on the scene today, popular in both town and country. The traditional design is accented by the acclaimed gambrel roof, a favorite passed down from colonial times.

Space to spare: One of our best sellers, featuring: 4' sidewall
and ULTRA FLOW, under-the-eve, venting. The Diamond
pattern doors are 6' wide and mounted on a sturdy piano hinge.

Standard features

Materials other than windows are delivered on site by HOME DEPOT.
Built on site with quality materials and workmanship.
All lumber is #2 spruce.
Fully pressure treated floors, featuring 1/2" PT plywood flooring. Rests on 4"x4" skids. Floor joists are 2"x4" spaced on 12" centers. (Note: Any building with an 8' sidewall features 2"x6" joists.) A step ahead of termites, rot, and decay, pressure treated floors have a life expectancy of 40 years.
Wall studs 16" on center.
Your choice between 5/8" Georgia Pacific T1-11 siding or 3/8" 4 x 8 primed Smartside siding. Others use CDX grade with no warranty. The grooved, cedar textured, unprimed siding is ready to stain or paint.
Trim boards (corners and joints) 1"x4".
Roofing is industrial grade decking material.
20 Year fiberglass shingles, the professional choice. Variety of colors.
Upgrade from shingled roof to metal roof. See Roofing Colors.
Ultra Flow under-the-eve ventilation on models with 4'sidewalls. Louvered vents are supplied on other models.
Rafters: 2"x4" on 24" centers. Note: 16' wide features 2"x6" rafters with 2"x6" ridge pole.
Eve boards: 2"x6" on front and sides, 2"x4" on back so shingle cut comes out even.
Reinforced double doors mounted on steel piano hinges. Standard width: 4', 5', and 6' (steel insulated and garage doors are available, Click on options button. Complete with hasp lock. Choice of five door designs.
Rustproof galvanized nails are used to secure all exterior boards. Note: Coated or waxed nails will rust.
Complementing the foregoing, structural defects and workmanship are warranted for a period of one year. An extended warranty is available for a nominal fee.
